OpenAI's popular ChatGPT is currently down for some users in an "unresolved incident," the company said Tuesday.
OpenAI said on its status page early Tuesday morning that "We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue."

The status page first said the issue was being investigated around 12:30 a.m. Pacific time on Tuesday.
Users have been posting pictures on X of "Bad gateway" errors they say they are encountering when trying to access ChatGPT.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman announced in November that around 100 million people use ChatGPT on a weekly basis, according to media reports.
