I’m a Celebrity star Jill Scott has explained why she’s returning to her coffee shop job after winning the show.
The athlete is often seen working shifts at her partner Shelly’s Boxx2Boxx Coffee in Manchester, though they kindly gave her some time off so she could conquer the jungle.
While Jill is probably juggling all manner of TV job offers at the minute, she has promised to continue making her shifts at the coffee shop when she’s able.

“I’ll definitely be going back in Boxx2Boxx,” she told OK! Magazine. “As soon as the Euros was over I went in because I like to thank them for the support. [Owner and girlfriend] Shelly has been saying they’ve done hoodies and they’ve been buying them and we’ve given money to charity and they have wanted hot banana water.”
Jill added: “We have customers that have been so loyal to us and have kept the shop going running, especially through Covid so 100%. Just like the Euros, I’m not going to change who I am. So it will be about getting round there and thanking everyone really”
The former Lioness won the final public vote on I’m a Celebrity last weekend with 57.66% of the share, ahead of Owen Warner’s second place finish with 42.34%.
