A veterinarian revealed that one of the famous celebrities in Korea declawed their cat to protect their face.
On January 20th, a vet and a YouTuber revealed that he once encountered a well-known celebrity who declawed their cat to prevent the cat from scratching their face. Declawing is a surgical process of amputating the knuckles of a cat where its claws grow.
He said declawed cats feel extreme pain during the recovery after the surgery and they become sensitive as they have lost their protective measures. He added that this is equivalent to abusing the cat. Many netizens expressed their anger in the comments and said that he should expose the said celebrity’s name.
